Yeah, I'm still here.  I even peek in at deviantART every now and then.  For those who've kept track, it's been almost 2 years since I promised the Nevada Waterfalls series.  I've finally started working on it again.  I will have the 5 selected photos in my gallery before it actually reaches 2 years.  For the first time since that shoot, my creativity isn't buried under a mountain of social and financial responsibilities. I have at least 3 shoots in the works, favors for a friend.  I also have an idea of my own that I'd like to take out to one of the local dry lake beds, as soon as I find a willing and appropriate model.  The idea is loosely

I had some wonderful plans.  Life got in the way, and I didn't quite get everything done. I did have my shoot with Charalei (https://www.deviantart.com/charalei).  It was good.  I'm going to call the series Nevada Waterfalls.  There is, of course, no water to be seen in any of the images.  I've gotten as far as selecting the best images, and should be done with editing sometime this week.  I'll try to get the photos of Orion up later today, but I can't make any promises, since sleep is going to take presidence. Many may have noticed that nothing new has come from me in a while.  That's because I've been working 8 days a week for 2 different companies, and the last couple of weeks I've been filling in for others and getting an extra day in.  I'm tired, but I'm still here. I took some pictures of a toddler some time ago, not thinking any thing of it.  They turned out to be pretty damn good, in fact, the toddler mentioned appears to already have an intuitive grasp of modeling basics.  I finally got it touch with his parents and I'll be posting some of those photos within the next couple of days.
